Base Pay & Hours
* Role: Support Worker
* Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
* Shifts: Nights
* Hours: Full‑time, 42 hours per week
About the Role
* Support an individual with learning disabilities and autism, delivering person‑centred care.
* Encourage participation in community‑based activities such as sports, volunteering and social events.
* Promote independence, confidence and self‑expression.
* Provide consistent, respectful and positive support aligned with individual care plans.
* Collaborate with a dedicated male‑only team to meet the person’s specific needs.
About You
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
* Proactive, patient and passionate about enabling independence.
* Committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
