What the Job Involves This role involves working with adults in need of care and support to assess their needs, develop care plans, and ensure these needs are met in line with the Care Act 2014. You will manage a caseload, provide information and advice, conduct financial assessments, and organize care arrangements. You will undertake safeguarding enquiries, apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and collaborate with various professionals to enhance client outcomes.
