Spa Manager – Champneys Eastwell Manor – Contract: Full Time – Salary: Salary based on experience
Champneys has a long history as a health spa pioneer, focusing on health, beauty and wellbeing. You will be part of a team that supports therapist training and development and delivers premium guest experiences across our spa facilities.
Responsibilities
* Maximise revenues through effective booking and room utilization in the spa.
* Deliver weekly revenue and payroll actuals vs forecast and budget.
* Ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide professional management to the team with regard to training, standards and achieving sales targets.
* Ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken when planning a guest stay.
* Train and support the team to the highest standard to assist guests and ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain thorough working knowledge of all products and treatments and oversee training matrices.

Qualifications and experience
* Level 3 qualified in Beauty Therapy
* Preferably Clarins or Elemis trained
* Attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
* 2+ years of experience with a luxury brand
* Friendly, approachable and professional demeanor
* Demonstrated leadership and senior management capabilities
