We’re now ready to build our marketing function - and we’re looking for someone to make it happen.
This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up role for an entrepreneurial marketer who wants to take a vision, turn it into a plan, and execute it with impact. You’ll set the foundations - defining strategy, building campaigns, testing ideas, and learning fast.
You’ll be our first marketing hire, working directly with the leadership team to shape how &above tells its story to the world - with the opportunity to grow as the business scales.

What you’ll do
Build the foundation
* Define and own &above’s marketing strategy - from positioning and messaging to go-to-market and growth.
* Shape the marketing roadmap and create scalable processes that evolve with us.
* Build our marketing toolkit - from channels and templates to tools and partners.
Execute with energy
* Run our LinkedIn, email campaigns, website updates, and content channels.
* Write, publish, and promote content that tells our story and showcases our work.
* Launch experiments across organic, paid, and partnership channels - testing what works.
* Collaborate with leadership, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life.
Measure & learn
* Track and report on performance across campaigns and channels.
* Turn data into insights - and insights into actions.
* Continuously optimise for reach, engagement, and impact.
Who you are
* A self-starter who thrives in start-up environments - ready to build, test, and adapt.
* A strategic thinker and tactical doer - as comfortable writing the plan as posting it live.
* Entrepreneurial at heart - hungry to build our marketing function.
* Experienced in tech or B2B marketing, ideally within design, product, or SaaS environments.
* Curious about AI and confident exploring new tools to make marketing smarter.
* Skilled with tools like HubSpot, GA, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp.
* A strong writer and communicator who can tell stories with clarity and conviction.
