We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that provides structured training and support throughout your tenure with the company. Our approach combines technical training with practical, on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in classroom sessions.
Our training integrates classroom learning with regular assessments and practical application, aiming to equip our Trainees with the skills necessary for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

To qualify as a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
* An RICS-accredited surveying-related degree (graduate or postgraduate), including a valuation module and/or building surveying with a pathology module on residential buildings, plus at least one year of property-related work experience.
* An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
* A minimum of four years of property-related work experience, such as negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent experience in asset management, LPA department, or property management with direct involvement in handling caseloads and decision-making processes related to property matters.
