The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
12. Extensive experience in accounting and finance, particularly within the business services industry.
13. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
14. Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
