As a Caregiver with Unique Senior Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person‑centred care that meets and exceeds both regulatory and contractual standards. You will support clients in line with their agreed care plans, always ensuring dignity, respect, and compassion in every interaction. You will provide person‑centred care, tailoring support to meet each client’s individual needs. You will also promote independence, encouraging clients to do as much as they can for themselves while offering support where required.
Job Details
Night Care Assistant – Floating across Leamington, Stratford, Wellesbourne & Southam (9:00pm to 7:00am)
Training in Stratford Upon Avon
Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care & Wellbeing – Assisting with bathing, washing, oral care, shaving, dressing, grooming, continence care, nutrition, medication administration, mobility, infection control, skin integrity and emergency first aid.
* Companionship & Social Support – Talking, listening, building relationships, arranging activities, accompanying medical appointments, reading mail and emails, encouraging reminiscence activities for those living with dementia.
* Home Help & Domestic Support – Washing dishes, cleaning kitchen & bathroom, dusting, vacuuming, bed making, laundry, organising cupboards, running errands, waste removal, pet care, shopping, financial support, food freshness and storage, fridge and freezer organisation.
* Record Keeping & Reporting – Daily client log notes, medication administration records, accident and incident reporting, expenditure records.

Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence, vehicle, business insurance

* Complete moving and handling tasks and basic life support if required
* Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette
* Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Willingness to undergo DBS check
Desirable Requirements
* Previous experience working in a care or healthcare environment
* Knowledge and understanding of dementia care and age‑related illnesses
* Flexible approach to work, availability for evenings and weekends if required
* Experience contributing to quality improvement initiatives and promoting best practice
