IT Support Technician required to join a leading global consultancy organisation on a contract basis, providing hands-on technical support across a range of systems, software, and devices. Working to provide both remote and on-site support, this role is key to keeping business operations running smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will deliver first and second-line support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms. They’ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving IT systems, installing and configuring new technology, and ensuring all services perform at their best.
Our client are looking for someone with solid experience in Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office suite, as well as strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and laptop hardware. Experience with laptop builds and imaging, along with support for iOS and Android mobile devices, is essential. Basic printer maintenance will also form part of the role.
