Role Overview
1. Deliver high-quality classroom support in collaboration with teachers to ensure engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
2. Contribute to lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that teaching resources are well-managed and lessons run efficiently.
3. Provide cover supervision for whole classes during short-term teacher absences (maximum of eight pupils per class).
4. Partner with school leadership and other staff members to support pupil progress and uphold high educational standards.
