About the Job
This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records for licensing, billing, and contracts, while supporting both internal teams and customers. It’s a varied role requiring a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
Duties will include:
* Managing monthly billing records and generating reports for invoicing
* Issuing sales invoices and credit notes, and assisting with credit control
* Supporting Finance and Audit teams with relevant documentation
* Updating licensing records and monitoring expiries and usage
* Acting as a point of contact for billing and licensing queries
* Maintaining accurate contract and CRM system data
* Providing cover for purchase ledger, expenses, and general ledger entries when needed
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a proactive and adaptable individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with experience handling financial and CRM systems, are essential.
