Supply Chain Engineer - Full Time - Derby
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Supply Chain Engineer to join the Special Test Measurements team in Derby, supporting a diverse portfolio of capabilities for the aftermarket. Experimental Engineering oversees measurement methods and capabilities to support experimental, production, and aftermarket needs. A key part of the aftermarket involves the supply, calibration, and maintenance of Electronic Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), used during engine maintenance to assess engine or component operability.
This customer-facing role services over 200 customers worldwide and collaborates with strategic suppliers to deliver new products and maintain existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical understanding of the product domain combined with strong engineering logistics skills.

Role Responsibilities:
* Report to the Engineering Lead and serve as an interface for customer and supplier inquiries
* Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues
* Manage supply chain activities
* Monitor product and repair deliveries to meet plans and service levels
* Communicate progress to customers and stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
* Degree in relevant engineering discipline
* Experience in logistics leadership and supply chain management (highly beneficial)
* Electronics or electronic design experience (desirable)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Customer-focused with supplier management experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively in teams
