Who we’re looking for
* A Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ experience
* Confident managing a mixed wills, probate, LPAs and estate admin caseload independently
* Commercially aware and relationship-driven, good at engaging with existing clients and generating cross-referral work
* Interested in either working autonomously or developing a small team
* Friendly, collaborative and grounded as this is a warm, non-corporate team
Salary & Benefits
* £45,000 - £55,000(depending on experience)
* Bonus scheme: 15% on billings above 3x salary
* Hybrid working: Up to 4 days from home
* Flexible hours and part-time options available (3+ days per week)
