The Role:This is a key technical and customer-facing role.As a Service Engineer, you’ll be a frontline representative providing commissioning, servicing, and on-site support to customers in high-consequence environments.The role will be split between:Workshop-based work approx. 50 at the West Midlands facilityField-based deployments approx. 50 to customer sites, including frequent overseas travelYou’ll not only ensure the equipment functions reliably and safely — you’ll also help strengthen trust and confidence with customers. Your presence and performance in the field will be a core part of the company’s value proposition.
