The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Group Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted adviser on senior Employee Relations matters while helping our CPO drive organisational people strategy across our global workforce.
This is not a conventional HRBP role. It sits close to the centre of the business, partnering senior leaders and C‑Suite peers – including the CFO, COO, Group Counsel and commercial leadership – on sensitive people issues, organisational risk and business change. You will be a key voice on senior ER, policy and people risk, bringing the credibility to influence at the highest levels of the organisation and challenge constructively when needed.
Alongside the ER core, this role also gives you real breadth: organisational people strategy, HR projects, policy development, reward support and global collaboration. You will use people data and HR KPIs to identify trends, translate insight into action and support senior management and Board‑level decision‑making.
In a PE‑backed business, pace, resilience and judgement matter. This role is for someone who can think strategically, act decisively and help leaders navigate complexity well.
