What You'll Do:
Support students with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) in a variety of school settings across the Wirral.
Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver tailored learning plans for students with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Encourage students' independence, communication, and social skills in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Support children in the classroom and during school activities, helping them thrive both academically and socially.
Contribute to the development of individual learning goals and take part in regular team meetings to enhance students' educational journeys.
Who We're Looking For:
We're calling on care workers, support workers, social science graduates, youth leaders, and anyone with personal experience with SEND. Whether you've supported people with disabilities, worked in care, or led youth groups, your skills are highly transferable. We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and a strong desire to help others succeed.
Is reliable, flexible, and enjoys working as part of a team.
