Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a growing and collaborative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning ideas into impactful visual content and enjoys working across a diverse range of design projects.
About the role
You’ll play a key part in developing and maintaining a strong, consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. From concept to completion, you’ll create high-quality designs that support marketing, sales, and wider business objectives helping to elevate the brand and deliver engaging, effective communications.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all platforms
* Produce compelling visuals for sales presentations, proposals, and workspace renderings
* Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and presentations
* Create digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns
* Design print materials such as signage, stationery, and promotional items
* Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams on creative concepts and campaigns
* Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
* Provide visual support for sales, marketing, and internal communications initiatives
* Track the performance of design materials and suggest improvements
* Maintain organised design files, software, and equipment
* Assist with internal projects, events, and trade show graphics
* Contribute to brand merchandise, photo shoots, and video productions
* Research design trends and share creative insights with the wider team
Requirements:
* A passion for design with a strong creative eye
* Proficiency in design software, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
* Understanding of brand and visual identity principles
* Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver under pressure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
* Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering quality work
