We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a high-technology manufacturing environment based in Severn Beach, Bristol. This is a key leadership role where you will take ownership of shift operations across production and test processes, driving performance through strong people leadership and continuous improvement. As a Value Stream Team Leader, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians while working closely with fellow shift leaders and reporting into the Value Stream Manager. You will play a critical role in delivering safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets within a complex, low-volume, high-technology manufacturing setting.
