* Proven experience in Tier-1 retail transformation programmes
* Strong background in leading solution architecture and design workshops
* Experience engaging directly with business stakeholders, product owners, SMEs, and IT teams
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and fit-for-purpose solution designs
