AC and Refrigeration Service Manager is required in Hampshire for our client, a AC and Ref specialist who have been establishedwho carry out servicing, repairs and project works. This position involves overseeing service operations, managing technical teams and ensuring all maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for commercial refrigeration / air conditioning systems are completed efficiently. The role demands coordination with clients and suppliers, route planning and strict adherence to health and safety regulations. The Service Manager is expected to come from a technical background, from within the AC and Refrigeration industry and hold and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. This role will predominantly be office based, with occasional client visits.

Service Manager Job Overview
* Lead and coordinate the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services for commercial refrigeration systems.

Service Manager Job Requirements
* Relevant UK industry qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
* Proven hands on experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning (ideally 10+ years on the tools).
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical components.
* Full UK driving licence.
Service Manager Salary & Benefits
