We’re currently supporting a well-established business in Slough to recruit a confident and capable HR Adviser to join their busy and supportive HR team. This is a true generalist role, offering exposure across the full HR lifecycle — ideal for someone looking to step up and take ownership in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with line managers, providing expert advice on employee relations, policies, performance, and engagement, while also contributing to wider people initiatives and projects. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: * Provide day-to-day advice and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices * Manage a variety of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues * Support recruitment and onboarding activity in collaboration with hiring managers * Contribute to the review and development of HR policies and documentation * Assist with learning and development coordination and employee engagement initiatives * Work closely with the wider HR team on projects including wellbeing, reward, and diversity * Support accurate HR reporting and data analysis ________________________________________ About You: * Proven experience in a HR Adviser or HR Generalist role * Confident handling employee relations matters with up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – able to build relationships at all levels * Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing a busy and varied workload * CIPD qualified (Level 5 or working towards) is desirable What’s on Offer: • Salary of £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience • Opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative HR team • Real scope to develop and contribute to people-focused projects • Pension, holiday, and company benefits package • On-site parking and a supportive working environment
