Engage with customers to understand their needs through effective listening and build rapport
Demonstrate suitable vehicle options, including arranging test drives
Negotiate price, payment methods, and finance options in accordance with company guidelines
Collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure vehicle availability, processing orders, updating records, and scheduling additional services
Follow up with customers after delivery to gauge satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships
Proactively plan and organise daily sales activity, including contacting prospects and nurturing existing customer relationships
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
Participate actively in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and sales techniquesRequirements Trainee New/Used Car Sales Executive:
No prior car sales experience required; suitable individuals will ideally possess a UK driving licence with minimal points
Previous experience in customer service or a sales-oriented role is advantageous but not essential
Strong customer service skills, IT literacy, and a positive, helpful attitude
Driven, energetic, and committed to seeking sales opportunities and achieving targets
