Product & Category Executive Fluid Power & Seals
Were growing fast and looking for a proactive Product & Category Executive to join our Fluid Power, Seals & Welding team in Wolverhampton.
In this commercially focused role (known internally as Product Manager), you'll support and shape the performance of a key product category within our UK Industrial & Infrastructure division. Youll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to optimise our product range, deliver commercial success, and drive continuous improvement across the full product lifecycle.

What Youll Be Doing:
Category Management & Commercial Strategy
* Contribute to the UK commercial strategy for your product category
* Manage and take ownership of P&L performance, pricing strategy, and supplier relationships
* Identify opportunities to grow the category through cross-sell, OEM conversion, and product development
