Office Administrator (3 days a week, part time)

About the Role
We have an opportunity to hire a Receptionist/Office Administrator in our busy Central England office. The role will provide front‑of‑house support, answer telephone calls, welcome clients, offer refreshments, and manage housekeeping of the meeting suite. You will also collaborate with the wider operations team to support the office’s administrative functions and ensure consistent service across all HCR offices.
Typical Duties
* Answer telephone calls
* Perform front‑of‑house duties
* Prepare meeting rooms, order lunches, arrange refreshments
* Maintain cleaning and housekeeping of office space
* Support team with incoming post including distribution, scanning, filing
* Support outgoing post and letter drafting for clients
* Order office supplies and equipment
* Ad‑hoc scanning or copying of files
About You
* Previous reception or administration experience beneficial
* Excellent communication skills
* Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Approachable and highly organised
