As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking experienced AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS Residential Surveyors & Registered Valuers to join their successful and supportive team.

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of residential property inspections and valuations, including:
* Mortgage Valuations
* RICS HomeBuyer Reports
* Residential Surveys
* Valuation Reports for private clients and panel members
The role offers a strong local focus, minimising excessive travel and allowing surveyors to operate efficiently within their designated area. You will work both remotely and alongside the wider team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct residential property inspections and valuations
* Produce accurate and professional HomeBuyer Reports
* Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with RICS standards and industry regulations
* Maintain strong professional relationships with panel members and private clients
* Manage workload effectively to meet service level expectations
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:
* AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
* Registered Valuer status
* Previous experience completing Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports
* Strong knowledge of residential property and local markets
* Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
* A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence
