One of Hampshire’s most respected luxury housebuilders is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Basingstoke. The Role: This is a crucial position within a growing commercial team, reporting directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor. You’ll be responsible for managing your own workload across several bespoke housing developments – all high-spec, low-volume, and privately funded schemes. With full commercial oversight, you'll be involved from procurement through to final accounts.
