We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Newton Abbot, Devon for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join their team.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week with shifts between 8am and 7pm. There is a shared Saturday morning rota with time off in lieu.

The role :
13. Full or part time position. The full time role offers 40 hours per week. There is a shared Saturday morning rota and no OOH.
14. The role offers a variety of nursing duties including inpatient care, assisting the Vet in theatre, taking bloods, monitoring anaesthetics, assisting with radiographs and CT and in patient care.
15. The Nurses role is split equally between surgical, medical and nurse clinic duties. The role offers a varied caseload enabling ongoing learning and development.
16. Nurse clinics are actively encouraged at the practice and they are always keen to listen to new ideas.
17. This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious nurse who would like to make a difference and share and promote new ideas.
18. The RVN will be expected to be dedicated to providing a high standard of patient care and be able to work well as part of a team whilst establishing excellent working relationships with clients.
