We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us as a Learning & Development Apprentice on a two-year contract. If you're excited about starting a career in L&D and passionate about helping others grow and thrive, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop, and make a real impact. You'll be supported every step of the way as you build your skills and contribute to creating meaningful learning experiences across our organisation. What You'll Be Doing Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and development programmes. Help maintain accurate employee records and assist with reporting. Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and update HR and Learning and Development systems. Respond to basic queries from employees about training and development opportunities. Assist with taking clear and confidential notes during HR meetings, such as investigations or employee relations discussions. Work closely with the HR team to support wider people initiatives including recruitment support when required.

Interest in a career in Learning and Development. Good communication and organisational skills. Willingness to learn and develop professionally, including completing the Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work flexibly and as a member of a team. Previous experience as an administrator or qualifications in administration are desirable.

The salary for this post will be £15,300 Per Annum.
