Each session will vbe focused around a topic as: Passing/Receiving, Finishing in the final third, Building up play from the back, Retaining possession under pressure, Dribbling and ball mastery etc.

TEMPO FC is a dynamic football coaching academy that provides technical training to children aged 6 to 14+. Our sessions focus on passing & receiving, shooting, finalizing in the final third, playing with both feet, and possession-based football. We follow the FA's 4 Corner Development Model and aim to develop well-rounded players in a fun and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, topic-based training sessions tailored to the group's age and ability.
* Focus on developing technical skills, including passing, receiving, shooting, and possession play.
* Foster a fun, supportive, and engaging atmosphere that encourages player growth.
* Work with groups of 8-14 players, adapting your coaching style as needed for age and ability.
* Provide clear feedback to players to support their development.
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Key Attributes and Requirements
* Friendly and Engaging with Kids: Ability to build rapport with players, creating a positive and motivating environment.
* Technically Focused: Strong understanding of technical aspects of football, with a focus on skill development.
* Session Planning Skills: Experience designing structured and progressive training sessions around specific topics.
* Comfortable with Group Coaching: Confident leading groups of 8-14 players, ensuring all participants are engaged.
* Adaptable: Ability to work with players of varying ages and abilities, from basics to advanced levels.
* FA Coaching Qualifications: Minimum FA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred) or equivalent coaching certification.
* Safeguarding and First Aid: Up-to-date safeguarding children and emergency first aid certificates.
* DBS Check: An enhanced DBS check is required before starting.
