Overview
Main purpose of the role: To correctly identify and sell automotive car parts, tools & accessories to trade and retail customers using the latest operating systems and catalogues provided.
Hours of Work
9 hours per day including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break. To work 4.5 hours on a Saturday (1 in 2 rota).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Sales Target - To hit given target in sales per day on average across each calendar month.
* Incoming Calls Target – To hit given target for incoming calls per day.
* Lost Calls Target – Group target is maximum of 2.00% lost calls on average each calendar month.
* Returns Rate Target – 18.50% of invoices to credits.
Responsibilities & Expectations
Our sales advisors are generally the main contact for our customers which means that a positive and friendly attitude is very important. Our sales advisors are always expected to remain professional and follow the relevant guidelines and procedures to make sure their role is completed to the required standards.
Training
Full training will be given to all YMF employees.
