The Vacancy

OVERALL SUMMARY

The Service Delivery Management Team is formed from several teams within Operations.

As the Service Delivery Management Executive, you will be reporting directly into the Operations Service Management Manager.

You will be responsible for supporting the Service Management, Third Party Provider Support Team, Operations Risk Event Management Team and Business Support Team with administrative tasks, MI production and some business processing responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Service Management Team with the below activities:

* Maintenance of Team material such as Teams Channels, Procedures, Fresh Intrant site, and Presentation documentation.
* Creation of communications to the relevant departments and key stakeholders for business updates, enhancements and service-related issues.
* Assist with the production of MI and associated tasks within the risk event team for all COO teams.

Support the Third Party Provider Team with the below activities:

* Responsible for processing reporting requests for Third Party Provider requests (valuations, statements and transactions).
* Responsible for processing payment requests for Third Party Providers
* Supporting team with inbox management

Support the Operations Risk Event Management Team with the below activities:

* Support Ops Risk Event manager to review and triage Ops Risk Events to ensure the level of detailed information is sufficient for the Risk Event raised.
* Collaboratively work alongside the Operations Risk Event Team to identify/support root cause analysis and remediation of issues, incidents and escalation.

Support the Business Support Team in sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across Operations with the below activities:

* Ensuring that JIRA reporting is accurate and up to date and assisting with monthly reporting.
* Assist with OpEx sustain administration, such as maintenance of Fresh Intranet Page, Simply Better Award Nominations and Newsletters.
* Support with OpEx meetings and production of subsequent documentation, such as Process Mapping, Waste Walks and Root Cause Analysis diagrams.
* Assist with data collection and MI relating to OpEx activities.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

* Previous experience of operational processes in wealth manager or private client asset management.
* Strong relationship management, stakeholder management and administration skills.
* Effective at problem solving, able to define a problem, conduct effective root cause analysis and define steps required to meet target state.
* Strong communication skills (written, verbal, oral, informal, formal), including the ability to be influential and persuasive with key CBAM stakeholders.
* Team player willing to respond to varied requests.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work unsupervised at times.


Regulatory responsibilities ¦ Compliance/T&C

* Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
