A leading international law firm is seeking a talentedBanking Associate (3–6 years PQE)to join its dynamic and highly ranked finance team inAberdeen. This is a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of high-profile banking and finance matters, including fintech, corporate lending, and leveraged finance, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will be involved in a variety of transactions across:
* Fintech and Digital Assets– including private securitisations and forward flow deals for innovative clients in SME lending, BNPL, and revenue share models.
* Corporate and Leveraged Finance– advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending for both borrowers and lenders.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of legal professionals and have the opportunity to contribute to market-leading deals with high-profile clients.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance law.
* Is curious, collaborative, and eager to work with clients who are transforming their industries.
* May not have fintech experience but is open to learning and growing in this area.
