Salary: £30,000 | Location: Tadley (Hybrid - 3 days on-site) | Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

About the Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you'll be at the heart of our inbound lead generation efforts, turning traffic into measurable business growth. You'll create compelling multi-channel marketing content, manage projects with flair, and contribute directly to shaping the brand's voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Management
Manage a dynamic content calendar including blogs, webinars, and multimedia content.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely creation and promotion of content.
Promote content across the business to boost engagement and generate leads.Lead Generation & Nurturing
Craft engaging newsletters tailored for Fellows, Partners, and Prospects.
Support lead generation campaigns and monitor performance.
Organise bi-monthly webinars to attract and engage audiences across channels.Digital Advertising
Create and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, optimising ROI.
Implement remarketing strategies and continuously refine campaigns for maximum impact.Social Media & Brand Engagement
Manage and grow social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn community building.
Identify PR opportunities, guest posts, and collaborations to elevate brand visibility.
Utilise LinkedIn automation tools to support targeted marketing objectives.Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.Experience & Skills Required:
2+ years in inbound marketing, content marketing, or digital advertising.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools and paid media platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.Nice-to-Have:
Experience with marketing automation workflows.
Familiarity with Insightly, GA4, and Dux-Soup.
