Job Description:
Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance and Corporate Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £68,436 - £71,662 (SCP 5861), plus benefits. The location is Middletown, County Armagh, Northern Ireland.
About the Role:
Middletown Centre for Autism promotes excellence in education services for autistic children and young people across Ireland. The Head of Finance and Corporate Services will shape the operational framework supporting our mission, leading a multidisciplinary team across Finance, HR, IT, Governance, and more in an internationally recognized, innovative organization.
Applicants must demonstrate:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent)
* Membership in a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CAI, ACCA, CIMA)
* At least three years' senior management experience in financial and HR management, strategy development, and program delivery
* Proficiency in corporate governance, risk management, and business planning
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience presenting to boards
* Access to transport for travel across Ireland and the UK
