As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Regional Operations Manager to support and enhance the performance of multiple accident repair centres across North London. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Director, focused on operational delivery, people leadership, and driving consistent performance across your region. About the Role As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of bodyshops, ensuring each site delivers against key performance indicators, financial targets, and operational standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting site leaders while also acting as a bridge between regional strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll be hands-on, visible across sites, and confident in challenging performance while providing the support needed to succeed.
