A little bit about the role and responsibilities:
* Build strong rapport with our customers by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
* Respond to and resolve customer queries in a timely, professional and commercially conscious manner.
* Work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure service levels are maintained and issues are resolved.
* Input and maintain accurate data for all customer interactions. This includes contact information, general enquiries, missed lift notifications, courtesy calls and new orders.
* Adopt our first-fix approach by identifying potential issues and proactively create solutions to prevent problems in the future.
* Complete weekly administration of customer accounts including data entry and invoice queries.
* Build strong internal and external relationships.
* Support the TRM senior management team.
Required skills, experience and personal attributes:
* 2 years’ experience working within a customer service environment.
* Knowledge of the Waste Management Industry is preferred but not essential.
* Familiar with CRM systems.
* Attention to process and detail.
* Problem solving mentality.
* Ability to keep to strict deadlines.
* Sound Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent administration and organisational skills.
* GCSE English & Maths or equivalent.
