Your Role in Our Family
* Collaborate with an incredible team to provide our guests with unforgettable cuisine.
* Ensure all food items are prepared and presented to deliver an excellent guest experience while assisting with food cost controls.
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes aligned with our standards.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to guest queries, ensuring positive outcomes.
* Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships throughout the hotel.

What Would Make You the Perfect Fit?
* Diploma or degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts or a related major; NVQ Level 2 or 3 in professional cookery is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Chef de Partie role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment.
* Solid understanding of excellence in customer service, preferably gained in a 5-star or luxury hospitality setting.
* Strong grasp of modern and classical cooking techniques, with the ability to execute a diverse range of dishes to a consistent level.
* Skilled in preparing and plating dishes across various sections (e.g., grill, larder, garnish, or sauce), with attention to detail and efficient prep management.
* A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering elevated brasserie-style cuisine in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
