Job Description
* Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors
* Assist with reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
* Support the preparation of financial reports for management review
* Monitor and manage expense claims in accordance with company policies
* Help maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
* Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed
* Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function

A successful Finance Assistant should have:
