About The Role
We're looking for an inspiring and energetic Teacher of Drama to join our vibrant Performing Arts team at Meoncross School. In this role, you'll teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging, creative lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence. You'll be instrumental in shaping a rich co-curricular programme—bringing performances and productions to life both during and beyond the school day. Drama plays a central role in our school culture, and you'll have the chance to take this legacy forward while introducing fresh, exciting ideas of your own.
This is a permanent, part-time role, 0.6 FTE, with a proposed January 2026 start date.

You are passionate about Drama and committed to delivering high-quality, imaginative teaching. You'll bring experience of working with students at KS3 and KS4, as well as a strong track record of contributing to school productions. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, you're confident in your classroom practice and understand how to support, stretch, and engage every learner.
