Salary: Up to £29,764 per annum plus bonus

What You'll Be Doing:
* Organize customer sourcing requirements from request to on hire and off hire.
* Adhere to company policies on trailer rental.
* Manage vehicle check-in/check-out and parking locations.
* Ensure servicing requirements are met, including documentation and compliance.
* Coordinate with vendors and TIP branches for servicing and validate service sheets.
* Raise work and purchase orders to external vendors.
* Perform yard checks and validation.
* Process rebills and manage damage or repair orders.
* Handle customer and vendor invoice queries.
* Manage new account inquiries for rental and third-party customers.
* Tag sitting fleet and enter comments accurately.
* Arrange MOT bookings with DVSA and handle administration.
* Process warranties and validate technician’s daily time.
* Provide excellent customer service aligned with TIP values.
* Conduct customer 'Buddy' calls and visits as needed.
* Perform daily walk-arounds of offices, yard, and workshop, reporting EHS issues.
* Participate in EHS meetings.
* Perform additional duties as required by management.
