Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end de-registration process, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently
* Engage with customers wishing to cancel services, promoting key benefits and exploring suitable alternative solutions
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services that align with customer needs
* Follow up on missing or incomplete information to support the swift progression of applications
* Proactively chase outstanding customer data to keep records up to date
* Maintain accurate digital records and handle departmental queries through the internal ticketing system

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confident and professional telephone manner, with strong verbal communication skills
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ideally within a phone-based role
* Highly organised with effective time management and prioritisation skills
* Able to remain calm under pressure and manage competing demands
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working independently or under direction
* Results-oriented with a proactive and resilient mindset
