Group Manager - Women's and Children's Division
Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced leader to join our Women's & Children's Division as a Group Manager on the Obstetric, Gynaecology and HIV Team.
Responsibilities
You will drive high quality, innovative services, lead operational delivery and champion continuous improvement for patients and staff.
In this role you will:
* Coordinate and prioritise the effective and efficient delivery of clinical services across the Group.
* Manage operational business on a day-to-day basis, meeting safety, quality and patient access standards within agreed resources.
* Ensure a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in patient pathways and services.
* Resolve daily operational challenges at the front door of our hospital in partnership with the Clinical Lead and Clinical Matron.
* Support the Trust’s ambitious improvement plan with a range of projects aimed at enhancing patient care and delivering national operational standards.
* Effectively and strategically manage a defined set of areas to deliver high-quality patient services within available resources.
* Manage all non-clinical staff in these areas in line with the Trust’s employment policies.
Qualifications & Experience
