Production Manager – Fabrication & Engineering Services

Salary: £50,000
Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in fabrication, welding, have worked in a BS EN1090 environment or facilitated the accreditation.

Key focus areas:
* Oversee fabrication and welding operations to international standards

* Champion 5S, safety, and continuous improvement culture
* Ensure compliance, documentation, and inspection standards are met
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience leading fabrication or welding teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Have worked in a BS EN1090 environment or facilitated the accreditation.
* Strong technical understanding of steelwork, welding procedures, and QA standards
* Hands-on, people-focused leadership style
* Demonstrable success improving processes, productivity, and performance
* Commercial awareness and effective resource planning skills
