Job Description
Do you have the skills to be an amazing Care Assistant/Support Worker?
* Each day will be different, and you’ll need to think on your feet—whether it’s helping a client with mobility, assisting them with daily routines like bathing and dressing, or simply sitting down to enjoy a cup of tea together.
* Provide a listening ear, hear incredible life stories, and sometimes offer a simple chat to brighten our clients’ day. Keep an extra pair of eyes when needed, to track medication or help a client find their glasses.
* Ensure clients are safe and comfortable by helping with light housekeeping, organising their home, or preparing light meals.
* Make tea and light meals, and occasionally serve as a light kitchen helper.

Qualifications
Previous experience of working within a care home, domiciliary care or other care setting is essential.
You will also need to be caring, compassionate and a good listener.
