We are looking for a teaching assistant who:
* Has the ability to work with a team in a responsive and flexible manner, responding to the instruction and advice of the provision lead.
* Can use their initiative to solve problems.
* Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.
* Experience of supporting children with speech and communication needs
* To build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
