The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Classroom Learning Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and development, helping to create a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with delivering lessons and activities to individuals or small groups
2. Support pupils with additional needs to engage fully in classroom learning
3. Help maintain classroom order and encourage positive behavior
4. Prepare resources and assist with administrative tasks as needed
5. Provide feedback to teachers about pupil progress and wellbeing
6. Promote inclusivity and a safe, nurturing environment for all students
Who We’re Looking For:
7. A caring and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting children’s education
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, pupils, and other staff
10. Experience working with children (preferably in a school setting) is desirable but not essential
11. Flexible and adaptable approach to work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
