You will support your team and contribute to the smooth daily running of the home, while continuing to deliver outstanding care and support. You must: Hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent Have at least 1 year’s experience working in an Ofsted-regulated children’s home Hold a full UK driving licence Be confident working shifts, including nights and weekends Be committed to safeguarding and achieving the best outcomes for young people Who you will be working for… You’ll be joining a close-knit team within a small and nurturing organisation that puts young people and staff at the centre of everything they do.
