Based within local community hubs, you’ll play a vital role in helping people achieve their recovery goals through case management and care coordination, one‑to‑one psychosocial interventions, harm reduction advice and support, monitoring and supporting prescribed treatment alongside clinical colleagues, and working in partnership with a range of agencies to develop holistic recovery plans that promote long‑term wellbeing, independence, and resilience.</p><h3>About You</h3><p>We’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who are committed to supporting people to create positive change.</p><ul><li>A relevant degree such as Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related discipline.</li><li>A Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).</li><li>A Level 3 qualification in Tackling Substance Misuse (or equivalent).</li></ul><p>Most importantly, you’ll share our commitment to delivering high‑quality, recovery‑focused support that places individuals at the heart of everything we do.</p><h3>Why Join Aspire?</h3><p>We believe in investing in our people and supporting them to grow and thrive in their careers.
