Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a successful organisation in recruiting two Account Managers for the team, to join the on a Permanent, full time basis. Field based roles with travel once per fortnight to the office.
One position covering Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and some of Norfolk.
One position covering Harlow and Essex.
The purpose of these positions is to manage and nurture an existing portoflio of customers, building strong relationships to retain accounts along with identifying sales opportunities to secure additional revenue through upselling and understanding client's needs.
We would anticipate you to be visiting clients around 3-4 days per week. The rest of your time would be spent either sales planning from home, or visiting the office to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues- including your assigned customer relationship advisor who will support you in handling queries from customers within your portfolio
The role
* Build strong relationships with customers through in-person client meetings, virtual meetings, telephone calls and emails
* Understanding each customer's business, their individual needs and challenges, presenting solutions and cross-selling to drive more sales revenue in line with targets
* Problem solving and addressing any customer issues to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and retention
* Utilise effective sales planning and strategy to deliver strong sales propositions, developing revenue and relationships within your customer portfolio
* Communicating price increases and any changes to the services or product range to your customers, as advised by the company
* Act as the voice of the customer to report to the company on any improvements, feedback and challenges, promoting continuous improvement
* Handle any cancellation requests effectively with a view to retain customers, through problem solving and objection handling
* Analyse lost accounts and make corrective measures to reduce these figures and issues
* Ensure your growth target is achieved on a monthly & annual basis
What are we looking for?
* A minimum of 3 years Sales / Account Management experience, preferably business-to-business
* A proactive approach to seek out opportunities
* Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills
* Consultative approach to understand customer's individual needs and upsell solutions
* Clean UK Driving licence
* Proficient IT skills- Microsoft Office and CRM system
* Strong organisational and planning skills, ability to self manage and coordinate own workload
* Enthusiasm and high levels of self motivation with a drive to deliver results
* Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
* Effective presentation skills, professional and credible
* Strong understanding of the sales process along with effectively forecasting and managing a pipeline
* Ability to analyse information and make recommendations for improvement
* Commercial awareness
Package
* Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable depdendant on experience)
* Uncapped Commission - OTE of £45,000 +
