Technical Support Manager
We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing ongoing client support, networking, building relationships, onboarding new clients, and introducing new modules to our existing client base to ensure maximum usage and client satisfaction.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role is required.
The Technical Support Manager will be a key member of the Account Management Team, serving as the point of contact for all customers seeking support, query resolution, and training on the software.

Requirements:
