The Back of House Staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties
* Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients as per recipes and instructions.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitised and free from hazards.
* Support chefs and kitchen staff during service by ensuring timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to the management team.
* Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning tasks as required.
* Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained.
